Location labels for racks, bays and individual shelves. We can work with your existing numbering or discuss a proposed format for your approval.

Barcode & QR location labels

Labels using customer-approved location data. We’ll agree the encoded content, readable text and artwork with you, including sample checks using your intended scanning equipment and software.

Aisle identification

Aisle letters, numbers and directional identification to help people find the right area. Sizes and proposed fixing positions can be discussed around your layout and sight lines.

04 / SITE INFORMATION

Bespoke warehouse signs

Signs with your approved wording and layout for warehouse areas, departments and operational information. Tell us where each sign will be used and what it needs to communicate.

05 / LAYOUT CHANGES

Replacement & updated labels

Replacement labels following rack alterations, bay renumbering, shelf changes or a warehouse move. We’ll agree which locations need updating and the numbering that should replace them.

Choose the support that suits your site. Materials, fixing methods and the scope of work will be confirmed as part of your quotation.

Supply-only

Labels and signs supplied to an agreed specification for your team to fit. We’ll discuss sizes, quantities, location data and the surfaces they’ll be applied to.

Supply-and-install

Supply with installation by CWS, with positioning, site access, working arrangements and any removal of existing labels agreed before the work starts.

Clear identification starts with a consistent location list. Share the numbering you already use, or a proposed list if your layout is changing.

Share the brief. Send your layout, quantities, sizes and any existing numbering information.
Agree the details. We’ll discuss the specification, artwork and supply or installation requirements.
Approve before production. You review the final location data and artwork. Barcode or QR requirements include agreeing how samples will be checked with your intended system.
